Fees No additional mandatory fees
RENTAL TERMS:
- ALL rates are exclusive of Florida tax @ 13.5%
- A 25% Deposit will be required to secure your dates along with a signed copy of our booking contract.
- Final Payment is required 60 days before your arrival date.
- There is a $85 damage waiver insurance policy that is added to your booking. We feel this is better/fairer option than taking a large damage deposit in advance, which restricts holiday budgeting!
- If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then payment is due in full for the rental period.
- CHECK-IN – 16:00 on day of arrival
- CHECK-OUT – 10:00 on day of departure.
NOTES ON PRICING:
- Cleaning is included free of charge if staying 15 nights or more. Less than 15 nights is charged at $225.
- Pool and spa heating is charged at a daily rate of $35 and is advisable during the months from September to May.
