Lake View Villa Details

LAKE VIEW VILLA is just under 3,000sq ft of spacious fully air conditioned luxurious living and the following information provides you with more details but, if there is anything further you would like to know then please contact us. We are always very happy to help with any request.

Approximately a 3 minute level walk from the villa round the side of the beautiful lake to the excellent Resort Clubhouse, Water Park and Community Pool.

We take pride in the villa being maintained to perfection and kept spotlessly clean by a very responsive and well respected Property Management Company, located close to Windsor Hills. Their ethos is to provide the very best and they certainly do! This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Lake View Villa has an electronic keyless door entry system. The numerical code you provided when completing the booking contract would have been programmed into the system by the property management company. Just enter your code and in you go!

We provide free high-speed WiFi internet access throughout the villa and the pool deck area. Villa telephone – free local calls.

The villa is always spotless and cleaned to the highest standard which our guests often comment on. Since Covid-19 we have implemented the strictest of cleaning policy guild lines carried out by our excellent cleaning/housekeeping teams. Full and detailed information is sent when a booking is confirmed. Together with our Property Manager we are very proud of the exacting standard we provide to keep our guests safe.

GROUND FLOOR:

On entering; a light, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated home in contemporary neutral Floridan tones will greet you! The spacious foyer area welcomes you, to the right is the cool Lounge with elegant furniture and sumptuous seating which is perfect for socialising and relaxing. There is also a 42” wall mounted flat screen cable TV.

Leading on from the Lounge is the formal Dining Area with an exquisite, large, heavy glass and solid wood dining table seating 6, with wide sumptuous dining chairs. Beautifully set and ready for you to enjoy those special dining occasions. Pretty table linen is provided for all Dining Areas.

There is plenty of space in the Family Entertainment Room with ultra comfy Italian leather modular seating, enough room for all the family! Plus a new wall mounted curved 65” smart cable TV with separate DVD and a full library of family friendly movies to enjoy. Kick off you shoes and relax!

A spacious, open plan, pristine kitchen complete with everything you could possibly need awaits you. Top of the range appliances include: large American double door fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, full size electric self cleaning cooker, microwave, 12 piece dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, family size toaster, full set of top quality stainless steel chef’s knives, super fast kettle and extra large family electric crock pot. Full sets of new, good quality different size frying pans and saucepans, steamers and baking ware. There are beautiful sets of china and crockery and gorgeous cutlery to use, as well as family sets of poolside crockery and various serving platters and bowls all in a tropical colour theme. There are also champagne flutes, wine glasses and tumblers, and poolside friendly wine goblets and tumblers. Coffee mugs, teacups and teapots. For the children/toddlers/babies staying we provide children’s plates, bowls, cups and sippers plus cutlery. There is nothing in this kitchen you could not want for, all that is required is food and drink!

The Kitchen’s expansive breakfast bar has 2 swivel bar stools. The pretty Breakfast Nook with a stunning round table already laid for 4 with gorgeous tropical inspired crockery, set in the bay with patio doors leading out to the sparkling pool and overlooking the conservation lake. Surely, there is no better way to start the day?

This bedroom is beautifully furnished in a soft toned, luxury palm theme and overlooks the pool and conservation lake. It features a full queen size bed with a new Symbol ultimate sleep pillow top mattress plus cooling layer and 1,000 thread count cotton supreme bedding. Gorgeous bedroom furniture and a large built in wardrobe. Wall mounted flat screen TV, alarm clock and docking station. Plus overhead 6 blade ceiling fan. A perfect bedroom for grandparents or anyone wanting ground floor accommodation.

Next door to the Queen Bedroom 4 is a lovely bathroom which can also be used as an additional family bathroom. It features a full size bath tub with over head power shower, WC and large vanity unit with a single basin and a super fast hairdryer. There is a wall size mirror with Hollywood lighting and a floor to ceiling storage cupboard containing extra soft fluffy white towels and all the matching pool towels.

The Laundry Room is gleaming and spacious with a new American top loader washing machine, front loader tumble dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron plus household cleaning equipment.

Plenty of soft fluffy white Egyptian cotton towels and 1,000 count cotton bedding linens are all provided to pamper you! Complete sets of baby bedding for the 2 pack and play cribs plus 12 matching lovely pool towels to laze on.

There is a large under-stairs storage area – leading from the laundry room – which houses some of the children’s equipment: highchair, stroller, chair booster seat and stair gates. Further baby equipment on the first floor: baby listening device, 2 pack and play cribs plus full sets of bedding and toddler safety bed guards.

Walk into Hogwarts! Our uniquely themed captivating Harry Potter Games Room has a full slate base pool table with moon balls, an air-hockey table, a football/foosball table, music system, wall mounted flatscreen cable TV and games console. It will definitely keep all ages amused for many wizarding hours!

From the Kitchen & Breakfast Nook, large sliding patio doors (alarmed for child safety) open onto a fabulously sunny and beautifully kept pool deck, just perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool/spa and decking are all fully screened by a lanai and overlooking the tranquil conservation lake edged with beautiful water lilies. The gleaming 28’ x 15’ length pool (3’ graduating to 6’ in depth) and bubbling spa has just been fully resurfaced and embedded with tiny blue smooth pebbles and tiled with crystal blue sparkle tiles to make you want to just plunge into the enticing azure bliss! There is underwater pool lighting too for those warm evening swims and with the nightly Magic Kingdom fireworks going off in the background it provides the perfect viewing spectacle right in front of you! Citrus-coloured, Californian, top-of-the-range, padded pool furniture is positioned around the pool for you to enjoy. There are 6 beautiful chairs, 4 sun loungers, plus additional foot stools and side tables and also a 2 seater glider ‘love seat’.
Various children’s pool toys are kept in a games box on the decking. There is also a full size pool safety fence which can be erected around the pool for little ones’ safety. So, whether you want to unwind in the sun, swim in the pool, relax in the spa or just laze on the various loungers, it is all here for you, why don’t you come and indulge yourself?!

On the pool deck there is a spacious covered area which provides the perfect place for dining or just to relax in the cool of the shade. A free-to-use large, stainless steel gas BBQ plus a full family size dining table with 6 padded ultra comfortable Californian dining chairs including 2 swivel rockers. An overhead 6 blade ceiling fan is there, if needed, along with lighting in the covered decking area so you can enjoy those alfresco evening suppers after a busy day at the Parks. Any little pirates in the family? Well, here is the perfect Disney Pirate twin bedded treasure island room for the little bounty hunters to escape to! No old string hammocks for these little shipmates though, they too have Symbol ultimate pillow top mattresses to bunk down on which will send busy little pirates straight to sleep! A magical themed Princess Ballroom twin bedded room to take any little princesses’ breath away! Complete with a crystal castle bedside lamp, carriage cushions and Disney Princess TV. Well, if you just can’t escape from the outside world, we have set up a great work station with a multi-function desk and office chair. Located at the end of the landing under the pretty circular window.
